Tikehau Capital Reshuffles CLO Leadership Team After US CLO Head and Portfolio Manager Depart

Tikehau Capital has reshuffled its CLO leadership team following the departures of U.S. CLO head Erika Morris and portfolio manager Wes Seifer, according to regulatory filings. Morris and Seifer are leaving to pursue other business opportunities..

Christoph Zens has been promoted to global head of the CLO Business, from his previous position as head of European CLO business, and will report to Maxime Laurent-Bellue, co-head of credit at Tikehau.

Lorcan Kinsella has been promoted to senior portfolio manager and head of European CLO business, while in the United States, Epeli Rokotuiveikau has been promoted to portfolio manager and head of the U.S. CLO business, both reporting to Zens.

Joe Naber has been promoted to portfolio manager for the U.S. CLO business, in addition to his current role as head of credit research, U.S.

A spokesperson for Tikehau declined to comment but confirmed the contents of the notice.

Tikehau has priced five CLO deals in 2025, including four in Europe and one in the U.S. Its most recent issuance was the reset of Tikehau CLO IV in September via Société Générale.
