Tue Feb 10, 2026 05:00 PM ET: The seven-member official committee of unsecured creditors in the FAT Brands chapter 11 cases has selected M3 Partners as financial advisor after hearing pitches, according to sources.

M3 Partners did not respond to a request for comment.

UPDATE 1: FAT Brands UCC Taps Paul Hastings as Counsel

Paul Hastings did not respond to a request for comment.

The U.S. Trustee appointed a seven-member official committee of unsecured creditors in the FAT Brands chapter 11, according to a notice filed today. The members of the committee are:
 

  • 3|5|2 Capital GP LLC: Holder of an approximately $109.9 million residual securitization notes claim, according to a prepetition complaint;
     
  • Stratford Holding LLC: Holder of a $3.98 million unliquidated litigation claim, according to the debtors’ petition;
     
  • DoorDash Inc.: Holder of a $1.4 million trade claim;
     
  • United Service Network LLC: Holder of a $408,378 trade claim;
     
  • Bonanno Restaurant LLC;
     
  • Steven Critelli; and
     
  • Landlord Simon Property Group LP.
