Octus credit intelligence, including expert analysis, private company financials, capital structures, covenant and restructuring data, credit news, debt documents and structured credit data, is now available as a configurable source within Rogo agents.

Mutual customers can build agents that use Octus across origination, underwriting, monitoring, trading, distressed credit, private credit and restructuring. For example, an agent can screen credits against an investment strategy, analyze capital structures and covenant packages, monitor portfolios for changes in credit quality, or prepare underwriting and investment committee materials.

“The Octus team is passionate about making sub-investment-grade markets more efficient and driving better outcomes for companies and investors. Our financial and legal analysts and expert reporters have assembled an unparalleled corpus of credit intelligence and data over the past 13 years. This body of work is backed by millions of documents across high-yield, leveraged loan and private credit borrowers, public and private.

“To maximize the impact of our work, we are excited to partner with Rogo to bring our intelligence and data even deeper inside the workflows of credit professionals.”

With a direct connection into Rogo, users and their agents will be able to query Octus and draw on the most comprehensive private company financial data, data room content, as well as legal and financial analysis to power their pitchbooks, investment memos and capital allocation decisions.

All information comes verified and sourced back to Octus, providing a reliable edge.
