Mitchell researches transaction developments and tracks the regulatory approval process for M&A by Octus. Prior to joining Octus, Mitchell worked on political campaigns in Michigan, Virginia, and New York. He has a BA in Philosophy, Politics & Economics from the University of Pennsylvania.
