Direct Lenders Consider Financing Milieu Service Nederland After Lenders’ Education in May; Quore Capital Mandated as Sell-Side Advisor; Company’s EBITDA at About €15M

Direct lenders are considering financing Dutch sustainable waste solutions provider Milieu Service Nederland BV, following a lenders’ education for the company launched last month, sources told Reorg.   Quore Capital was mandated as the sell-side advisor in the auction of Milieu Service Nederland, which generates EBITDA of about €15 million, sources said.   Direct lenders are attracted to the company as it is easily scalable and ESG friendly, a source said.   Milieu Service Nederland is part of Milieu Service Groep, which is owned by founder Ronald Voorsluijs.   Milieu Service Groep, which has an annual turnover of over €65 million according to its website, is a waste services company in the Netherlands.   The group offers sustainable waste solutions to customers across the Netherlands.   Founded in 1986, Milieu Service Nederland is based in Diemen, near Amsterdam, and has 200 employees, according to its website.   Milieu Service Groep and Quore Capital did not respond to requests for comment by time of publication.   –Nick Krause
