Linden in Exclusivity to Buy ArtesRx; Antares in Talks to Lead Debt Financing
Reporting: Benjamin Taubman, Armie Margaret Lee, Aaron Weitzman
Linden Capital Partners is holding exclusive talks to acquire Flexpoint Ford-backed specialty pharmacy platform ArtesRx, according to sources.
Antares Capital is in discussions to lead the debt financing package to support the acquisition, one source said.
Octus reported in mid-June that ArtesRx was in the midst of a sale process, with Houlihan Lokey advising. The business generates roughly $60 million of EBITDA, as reported.
ArtesRx is a pharmacy platform that owns and operates businesses serving complex patient populations, including behavioral health and long-term care communities.
Flexpoint established the platform in 2023 through its acquisition of Amherst, N.Y.-based specialized pharmacy provider Parkview Health Services, which became the company’s founding business, according to a press release at the time.
The platform has since grown through investments in True Health Investors, a retail and long-term care pharmacy and medication adherence provider, as well as in Monument Pharmacy and Monument-Fairfax.
Recent deals in the sector include WindRose Health Investors’ sale of behavioral health pharmacy company Altruix to Frazier Healthcare Partners in May. The deal announcement came about one month after Octus reported that Frazier was nearing a deal to acquire the business, which generates roughly $40 million in EBITDA. Houlihan Lokey advised Altruix on the process, as reported.
Linden, a private equity firm based in Chicago, focuses on the healthcare industry. Earlier this month, Linden and Audax Private Equity agreed to sell StatLab Medical Products to Leica Biosystems, an operating company of Danaher Corp.
Healthcare companies currently exploring sales include Waud Capital Partners-backed Concierge Home Care, Octus reported. The company, which generates $25 million to $30 million in EBITDA, is running an auction with Harris Williams.
Elsewhere, Vistria Group-backed air ambulance provider Angel MedFlight is weighing a sale via Perella Weinberg Partners, Octus reported. The business generates roughly $70 million to $75 million of EBITDA.
Newly issued senior direct lending facilities to back leveraged buyouts in the healthcare sector widened to an average of SOFR+510 bps in the second quarter of 2026 from SOFR+492.19 bps in the first quarter, according to Octus’ Private Credit Dashboard.
Antares and Houlihan declined to comment. Linden, Flexpoint and ArtesRx did not immediately respond to requests for comment.
