Fri Sep 18, 2026 12:21 PM ET: CLN Coils Lamiere Nastri, or CLN, a supplier of global automotive giant Stellantis, has secured the homologation of the restructuring plan for its Polish subsidiary by a regional court in Poland, sources said. The court approval was the final step for the Italy-based group to complete its restructuring process, with the closing now expected in the next few days, sources said.

The restructuring proposal does not feature a debt write off at day one but revolves around an asset disposal program, including both plants and real estate assets, proceeds of which will be used to partly repay the debt. On Jan. 26, the group completed the sale of its Brazilian plant, MA Automotive Brasil Ltda., to its customer Stellantis, according to a company press release.
