Prior to this, Jack was Senior Director of Product Strategy at Octus, where he spearheaded Octus’ expansion into Performing Credit & Leveraged Finance.

Giulia Rusconi is the Head of Strategy & Operations in Fundamentals responsible for driving alignment and operational excellence to the Fundamentals product and enhancing collaboration across global data teams. She partners closely with the Head of Fundamentals and other leaders at Octus to streamline execution, optimize planning, and contribute to revenue generation and new product development. Before this role, Giulia was the Head of EMEA Credit Research, overseeing high yield performing and distressed credit coverage. Led a team of nine analysts, established best practices, ensuring high analytical standards in a fast-paced, client-facing environment and drove collaboration across editorial and commercial teams. Giulia brings almost a decade of experience in credit research having worked as a rating analyst at S&P Global Ratings and in debt origination at SMBC before joining Octus.

Shweta Rao is the Global Head of Covenant Research & Analytics at Octus, where she leads legal research, shapes data strategy, drives revenue growth, and champions product innovation across leveraged finance and private credit. A former Clifford Chance attorney, she brings over 20 years of experience at the nexus of law, data and technology. At Octus, Shweta steers the firm’s global covenants offering – overseeing research, editorial, and data analytics teams across the U.S., EMEA and India – to deliver high impact insights that power client workflows and inform credit decisions. She plays a central role in shaping how Octus transforms complex legal documents into actionable intelligence, partnering closely across the technology, sales and product teams to scale differentiated solutions across credit markets.
Tejs Broberg
Global Head of Data
Tejs drives Octus’ data strategy with a singular focus: delivering the most innovative insights in the credit market. A former Olympian and the founder of LendAmend and FinDox—acquired by Octus in 2022—Tejs brings an entrepreneurial spirit and competitive edge to everything he does. His experience as a credit investor at Levine Leichtman Capital Partners, Columbia Management and Foothill Capital Alternative Investments gives him the deep industry knowledge that informs his focus on data solutions and workflows that matter to our clients. At Octus, Tejs constantly pushes the boundaries of what data can do, ensuring the company stays ahead of industry standards and delivers exactly what subscribers need to stay competitive.
Outside of work, Tejs calls Manhattan Beach home where he enjoys tennis, skiing, and traveling to see friends and family in Denmark. A father of three, he’s passionate about supporting up-and-coming entrepreneurs, catching Clippers games, attending concerts, and enjoying LA nightlife.

Adelene manages a team of reporters covering high yield, stressed/distressed corporate and municipal debt for the Americas. Prior to joining Reorg, Adelene was at Debtwire for nearly 16 years where she held different senior leadership positions and led teams covering leveraged finance and debt restructurings in North America, Europe and Asia. She holds an MA in Communication from Stanford University and a BA from the School of Oriental & African Studies.

Maryna is a Deputy Managing Editor at Reorg, heading up Private Credit and Deal Origination. Reorg is a leading provider of data, analytics and intelligence for the credit markets. Maryna specializes in private equity deal origination, covering live buyout processes from equity and debt sides. Previously Maryna was leading leveraged finance and direct lending at Debtwire and covering private equity at Mergermarket.
Tim Dias
Head of Fundamentals
Tim Dias is the Head of Fundamentals at Octus, and has 20+ years of leverage finance market experience, including buy side analyst roles at Barings and portfolio management roles at Newfleet Asset Management. Previously, he was Head of Research at Loansintel, where he developed rigorous research frameworks and quality control processes, ultimately leading to its acquisition by Octus (Formerly Reorg). Tim has experience in absolute return, relative return and leverage loan investing through CLO frameworks, ideally positioning him to understand client needs and workflows.
